The Automatic Rotation Press Mod. RP500-300T is a machine with easy operational features and thanks to its wide range of production characteristics, this unit can be employed in several fields of civil and industrial paving: honed tiles for indoor installation and flat tiles or with custom design  for outdoor; this machine allows the production up to 50x50 and 40×60.

Automatic Rotational Press with five stations used as follows:

The first is used for the dosing and the vibration of the mortar with the Automatic Batcher-Distributor Mod.  which distributes in a perfect and constant manner the mixing inside the moulds of the press.

Equipped with slide plates in special anti-wear steel and independent hydraulic unit that controls the movement of the dosing buckets;

The second  stations are used for the vibration for better compacting the mortar;

The third station used for the distribution and shaving of the second layer with the Automatic Batching System Mod. that distributes the mixing into the moulds of the press using a drawer moved by mechanical link; equipped with gear motor with oil lubricated gears, pneumatic vibrating unit to facilitate unloading, a screed rubber, air actuated and with adjustable pressure, for a perfect cleaning of the mould;

The fourth station used for a two-stage pressing procedure: during the first phase the inert materials are quickly approached to be compacted inside the mould; the second stage is slower and employs a higher pressure up to a maximum presser of 300tons;

The fifth station used for demolding tiles with an automatic extractor moved by mechanical link and with approaching turret with pneumatic system.
